Choose an AI use case by examining the work it would change, the information it would use and the consequence of an incorrect result. A useful pilot has a defined boundary and an accountable owner.

Evaluate it against an existing baseline. Include human review, data permissions, failure handling and operating cost in the assessment, then use the findings to decide whether a wider deployment is justified.
